Handcrafted in small batches in Sligo, the bath and body brand is deeply rooted in Ireland, using harvested Atlantic sea salt, Irish seaweed and organic local herbs as the foundation for signature blends designed to turn a bath into a moment of renewal. Soak has earned several wellness awards, and its bathing ritual is now offered in-room at several five-star resorts across Ireland.

Why Atlantic sea salt matters
For centuries, people have turned to the sea for more than the view. Mineral-rich seawater has long been at the heart of bathing traditions around the world.
Atlantic sea salt naturally contains minerals including magnesium, calcium and potassium. In the bath, that mineral richness is part of what gives seawater its soothing, softening effect — easing the feeling of tired muscles, supporting skin hydration and helping create an overall sense of calm and restoration.
Warm water does much of the quiet work, too. A bath before bed can ease the body into wind down and help create a natural transition toward sleep. A moment of stillness, a deliberate pause, a cue to let the day go.
Bedtime Bliss is Soak’s expression of that evening ritual, blending Atlantic sea salt with Irish seaweed, almond oil, lavender and blue cornflowers. The salt brings the mineral-rich base, almond oil helps soften and moisturize, while lavender adds the calming scent associated with winding down. Blue cornflowers bring a botanical finish to the soak, making the whole experience feel considered before you even step into the water.
