The Story
Some remedies are invented. Others are carried in from the sea.
Soak in Wellness began on the Sligo coast, where Karen Kearney watched the Atlantic do quietly what it has always done — soothe skin, settle minds, restore. In 2021 she set about carrying that water inland, blending Atlantic sea salt with organic herbs and botanicals into soaks, scrubs and rituals made for the slowest hour of the day.
Every blend is still made by hand at Soak’s studio in Sligo, on the Wild Atlantic Way — and the sea comes first in each of them: pure Atlantic salt, gathered from the coastline that started it all.
The sea, drawn like a bath.
Three aromatherapy rituals shape the collection — one to calm the night, one to lift the day, one to breathe deep and recover — so there is a Soak for whatever the tide of the week brings.
A piece of the west of Ireland, poured warm, for anyone who holds the coast close.

Where the Atlantic does the work
Soak is blended and handmade in Sligo, on a coastline where cold water, clean air and sea salt have always done the restoring. Every jar begins in the same place — the Atlantic edge of Ireland.
