Our Brand Story

Rich in Story. Rooted in Craft.

Luxe In Lore is born from a deep appreciation for the stories woven into Irish craftsmanship and journeys - stories held in texture, in tradition, and in the brands and goods of Ireland.

Across Ireland, there exists a quieter kind of luxury - shaped by time, the land, the sea and generations of makers devoted to their craft.

Today, that legacy continues through a new wave of brands, drawing from the natural world with intention, depth, and design.

This is Ireland. Rooted in heritage and evolving always.

From windswept coasts to artisan hands, to yours.

Welcome to Luxe In Lore, míle fáilte.

About Erin.

I spent my childhood growing up on Cape Cod and visiting my grandfather in Brookline, just outside of Boston.

Pup had a thick Irish brogue, a twinkle in his eye, a home full of music, maps, and flags—and was always ready with a story.

Though these experiences a little girls dreams became of Ireland… I have completely romanticized Ireland my entire life, making every school project an opportunity to deepen my understanding of this storied land, and often wondering what it might have been like had our lineage never crossed the Atlantic.

Since 2004 I’ve made ten trips across the pond. I’ve married my love Patrick on the shores of Kinsale, visited family in Roscommon, Galway, Cork, and Connemara, become a dual-citizen, celebrated my second cousin’s wedding in Kenmare, traveled with our one year old son to Christmas in Dublin, and returned with him as a first grader to be with out friends like family, Joanne Hall and Martin Mahon who met my husband on the Hyannis docks as J-1 Visa workers in 1998.

Though it all I my connection continues to deepen and my adoration and desire to immerse myself in this remarkable place grows.

Luxe In Lore is my personal expression of Ireland - one that is rich in story, design, and soul and is told through the premium brands and goods of this magnificent country.

One that does not seek to define what is Irish enough to be Irish and instead shares through by a set of rules, products that inspire me with natural materials, ingredients, sustainability practices, and origin stories from in every nook and cranny that often created with skill that has been passed down through history, through generations. Those I know, and those I’ve yet to discover — one story at a time.

Through our shop, editorial content, brand introductions, and stylist and media collaborations, I hope to share authentic vision of modern Irish design.

I’m so glad you’ve connected with me on this journey and I hope the vision of Ireland that I know and love is one you’ll be glad I’ve shared.

Here’s hoping my great grandfather James O’Grady, a Roscommon seanchai, will be by my side, and in my pen.

Céad míle fáilte. A thousand welcomes.
